Holladay Ventures case study: Building takes years. We film every month of it.
Holladay Ventures builds housing that empowers communities across Nashville. WCG is the documentation partner on retainer: in the air every month, in the classroom for their course, and on the ground at every milestone.
Five developments. One day.
A developer’s story is measured in months, cranes, and ribbon cuttings. WCG keeps the record, from the first drone pass to the last walkthrough.
Three jobs, one standard.
The log below is recreated from the real 2026 production calendar. Every entry happened.
Monthly aerial documentation, on schedule.
Every month, WCG flies Park24, The Shelby, and The Opaline, turning construction progress into a visual record for investors, partners, and the public. When Park24 and The Shelby wrapped construction this summer, the diary was complete: groundbreaking to grand opening, without a missed month.
A founder’s expertise, produced like a course should be.
For Affordable Development Mastery, Evan Holladay’s 12-month mastermind for aspiring affordable housing developers, WCG produces the course itself: multi-camera training videos with animated graphics that make tax credit landscapes and deal screens actually readable. The program’s on-demand library now counts 20+ trainings, and review runs through a shared Frame.io pipeline so notes land on timestamps and revisions ship fast.
When something happens on site, WCG is there.
Five ULI Spring Meeting development tours captured in a single day, in photo and film. Solar panel installs, community days, murals, groundbreakings: the moments a building becomes a neighborhood, documented as they happen.
Good enough that the architect asked for it.
The truest compliment in this business is other professionals wanting your footage. Park24’s architect asked to feature WCG’s drone work in their own materials, with credit. And Holladay’s own website opens on WCG aerials. When the people who design buildings choose your lens, the record keeps itself.
Re: May Drone Footage Uploaded
These look great! Our architect at Park24 has asked if they can use the drone videos with credit to Walton Creative Group. Is that OK?
One day, in frames.
Alongside the film, WCG photographed the full tour: the arrivals, the walkthroughs, and the rooms where a hundred real estate professionals saw attainable housing up close.

The content keeps working after delivery.
Holladay’s LinkedIn runs on media from these productions: tour films, grand openings, and the resident stories that show why the buildings matter.
“Picture this: You’re standing in a 140-unit affordable community you helped take from RFP to certificate of occupancy…”

The Opaline keeps rising, the community days keep coming, and the partnership keeps rolling. If your organization is building something over months or years, the story is happening whether you capture it or not. Capture it.
