In one focused production day, our team — Aaron Walton as producer, Myah Lipscomb as director and scriptwriter, and Trevor Ball as director of photography — distilled 17 years of brand mastery into a single, emotionally compelling brand story video. Prior Cronin Creative clients appeared on camera for authentic testimonials. An overhead dolly shot conceived and executed on the day of the shoot became the film’s signature visual.

The Irony of the Expert Storytellers

Karen and Peter Cronin are the kind of creatives who approach every client project with months of patience and precision. They’re known for handling each engagement with uncommon care — working until the brand message is truly distilled, not just acceptable. But for all the stories they’d helped their clients tell, they had never had a video of their own that showed the world who Cronin Creative really was.

That was the challenge WCG was brought in to solve — by referral, the best kind of call. Karen and Peter needed a brand story video for their website: something that could communicate something essential in an instant. The brief was deceptively simple. The execution required everything WCG had.

One Day. Hundreds of Decisions.

The project began long before the cameras rolled. WCG assembled a focused creative team: Aaron Walton as producer, Myah Lipscomb as director and scriptwriter, and Trevor Ball as director of photography, gaffer, and technical director. Before a single shot was planned, the team held multiple virtual pre-production meetings with Karen and Peter — digging into their business, their vision, and the feeling they wanted viewers to walk away with.

One early creative decision anchored everything: Peter Cronin drafted the first version of the voiceover himself. That personal touch became the spine of the script. Myah refined it, aligned it to a detailed shot list, and shaped it into a 90-second story built to carry the weight of 17 years of work. Messaging strategy was built directly into the shot sequence so that every visual landed in sync with Peter’s words.

With just one day on location, precision was everything. The standout creative decision: a fixed overhead dolly shot — a gradual, controlled pan that slowly reveals a table covered in Cronin Creative’s accumulated portfolio of design work. Elegant, unhurried, and deeply on-brand. WCG also brought in prior Cronin Creative clients for on-camera interviews, showcasing not just the quality of the work, but the quality of the relationships Karen and Peter build with every client they serve. Underneath it all, the line is unmistakable: Clarity by Design.

The Result? Three Letters: Wow.
