The invitation.

It begins months out, with chair announcement films and a save-the-date campaign that make a gala feel like an event you cannot miss. WCG produces the invitation content that fills the room.

The arrival.

On the night, WCG runs the production: multi-camera coverage and live IMAG switching that puts the stage on the Schermerhorn’s big screen. Broadcast-grade, in a concert hall.

The tribute.

The heart of the evening is the awardee films: tribute stories honoring the civic leaders who build Nashville. WCG produces, shoots, and edits each one to premiere on the venue screen.
