Responsibilities:
1. Podcast Editing:
- Take raw podcast audio recordings and edit them into polished, professional episodes.
- Edit and arrange content to create a compelling narrative flow.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain the podcast's unique style and tone.
2. Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and relevant social media content related to each podcast episode.
- Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements to promote episodes on various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Utilize social media analytics to track engagement and adapt content strategies for improved reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in podcast editing and social media content creation.
- Strong proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) Davinci Resolve a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of podcast storytelling, pacing, and structure.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- A passion for music, culture, and entertainment with a keen interest in the music industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and team player who can work collaboratively with our existing production team.
- Knowledge of copyright regulations and permissions for audio and visual content.
